It’s Monday and that means live Tropical music at Barbes in Brooklyn.

Tropical Vortex presents Pernett, the Caribbean raver from Colombia, now with us in New York, bringing his mix of folk and futurism, a blend of gaitas and synths.

And also from Colombia, Alto Grado with their SKA fusion, sounds of Reggae and Folk.

Resident DJs Sonido Chichadelico and Adrian is Hungry will keep the party going till late.
