La Feria

“Let’s do a pop-up market!” 

The conversation started a bit like that. -Yes! we can have tattoos! 

-Yeah! I have a bunch of friends with merch they are trying to sell but don’t know where.

- We can get some DJs to play throughout the day, maybe a live performance?

- Yeah let’s do it! What do we call it?

	... El Mercado?,, La Micelania? 

El Carnaval.... LA FERIA! Yeah I like that! -La Bodeguita is available on June 16th

-That’s like 2 weeks away!

-12 days...

-I can make the flyer, can one of you make a drawing of a hand playing a record and add some tattoos to it?

Yeah! I gotchu!

And just like that we decided to start something we are not sure where it’s going but we are into it. 

We want create a space for everyone to feel comfortable knowing they are sorounded by friends.

We wanted to feature the talent of our friends, the crafts they are making the tunes they are sharing, their new ventures. We will try to keep doing these as often as we can, we want to create a community and we want every one to feel welcomed. 

We want to keep growing this Barrio, we want you to get involved and make our group stronger. 

La Feria has been some of the most fun events we hosted in 2019 and we want more of the same for 2020.
